Commercial Claims: NACM East Coast charges
25% Fee on
all claims regardless of how small
Rates are negotiable for claims in excess of $20,000.
Special claim circumstances:
50% fee
if Debtor has disappeared and requires skip
tracing
50% fee if
claim has been formerly
handled by another agency or attorney
50% of
prevailing fee charged
when merchandise or
equipment returned as settlement of claim
