Report Content

Scope of Information Provided - NACM East Coast shares information with other NACM Affiliates to provide you a truly "national" report.

Trade information – Learn key information from other suppliers such as the highest credit extended, the year the account was opened, and the balance plus aging.

All outstanding balances are shown as a percentage of the total outstanding

Trending over time – see how a company pays over the last 12 months, by total outstanding and percentage past due, both in graph and percentage form.

Other key facts such as industry reporting information, high credit, outstanding balance, date opened, etc.

Total Credit Extended - Is your customer overextended? Access key information about payments and view the information numerically and by percentage past due.

Quarterly Averages - See how your company pays over time. Is their business seasonal?

Public Records - Where available, see if there are liens, bankruptcy or judgments against your customer.

Corporate Data - Compare the owner information on your NACM report to that listed on your application, does it match?

All trade information more than 90 days old can be updated

 

Submit Electronically and Save

Submitting you’re A/R information to NACM is safe, secure and most importantly the easiest way to contribute your information for credit groups and credit reporting. We value your A/R information.  It builds the strength of your database. By submitting your entire accounts receivable to NACM in an excel spreadsheet saved in a "comma separated value", (.CSV) format, you can receive a 5% discount on NACM Reports.  Putting your A/R information in excel format is easy.  Please click-here to see a sample report in .CSV format.
