Build Job Match Pattern for Effective Collectors
NACM East Coast will be working with Wm. Cundiff & Assoc., Inc./Business Acumen (WCA/BA) and Profiles International, Inc. (PII) to develop and build a Job Match Pattern for Effective Collectors. Employees who are well matched to their position tend to have higher attendance records, less turnover, higher job satisfaction and superior job performance. Both the employee and the employer share in the benefits of enhanced person-job fit.
To build this pattern we will need 8-10 top collection performers. In about an hour and a half, on-line, they will be assessed in four characteristics of Thinking Style, six characteristics of Occupational Interest and nine Behavioral Traits. The Job Match Pattern consists of a range along a scale where the most effective performers tend to fall. Prospective collectors would be assessed relative to our Job Match Pattern of Effective Collectors. The farther outside the range a candidate's score falls, the less likely there would be a good fit for that individual for that particular factor.
WCA/BA and PII will assess these top 10 performers at no cost to the members in order to build a quality Job Match Pattern for Effective Collectors.
Ron Witcher and Ed Lewellen, Client Services Account Executive with PII will present a webinar for members interested in having one of their top performers assessed or for those who want to better understand the process.
