Your Privacy is Important

Too often we have received unsolicited phone calls, emails and faxes. Some folks have figured out a way to transfer the cost of advertising from junk mail to junk faxes and Spam. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will be implementing rules designed to cut back on these unsolicited communications. The requirement will exist for authorized communicators to have a record of our authorization to send emails and faxes to you, our members. Our existing relationship, not withstanding, we will need affirmative authorization for these communications.

We have automated the process of gathering your authorizations either with a return fax of by your entering the information directly into the computer. The rules will not go into effect until 2005, but now is the time to gather the authorizations in order that there be no gap in the information you receive from us.
