Decisions
Work Smarter – Not Harder
with
NACM East Coast Collections Services
The NACM East Coast Collections partners offer you
the best solution for those difficult to collect accounts. As a Credit
Manager, your time is best spent making decisions and collecting your
receivables, not dealing with "debtors" who are unresponsive
or refuse to pay. You can rely on our partners to take the next step and
show the debtor that you are serious about getting paid – whether the
company is someone you want to do business with in the future or not.
By placing your accounts with
NACM East Coast’s 3rd Party Collection Partners you can be sure that a
team of veteran collection professionals will make your accounts their
top priority, getting you paid fast. Their staffs are flexible and will
tailor the services to your individual needs--whether you need a tough
advocate or want the accounts handled with kid gloves. We make quick
contact with your debtor, using the highest ethical standards—never
compromising your company’s reputation.
Knowing how important it is for
you to be current with your accounts, NACM East Coast makes sure you
receive regular reports that are designed to meet your specific needs.
NACM East Coast offers
specialized accounts receivable experts
to focus on your specific needs.
Collection of outstanding
accounts continues to be an important part of our members'
responsibilities. Those collection efforts represent a wide spectrum of
industries and types. In our continuing effort to get away from the
"one size fits all" approach, we are expanding our options for
our membership to address the variety of needs that exist in
Collections. In addition to our recommended partner for domestic
collections, SKO Brenner American, we are supplementing your options by adding a
recommendation for Matthews, Pierce & Lloyd, Inc. for International claims
and the Government Services Consulting Division (GCSD) of RCSG for past
due receivables and disputes with governmental agencies. The information
below will help you in your decision on the options that we provide to
best assist you in recovery:

NACM
East Coast began outsourcing our collection service with SKO Brenner
American of Baldwin, New York, on 4/1/04. At that time, all claims being
handled in our office, as well as claims in legal stages, were forwarded
to SKO Brenner American for continued collection service. Their office
has handled many
accounts placed with us since that date. SKO Brenner American was chosen as our business partner in collections because we
believe they can serve our members in a way that is consistent with our
high client service standards and dedication to member success. They are
a full service agency, handling both Commercial and Consumer
issues, with the proven methods and manpower needed to bring you the
best possible results. SKO Brenner American is a member of the Commercial
Collection Agency section of The Commercial Law League of
America. Their
long history in collection services, along with their philosophy, make
them a perfect partner for our NACM members.
Any new SKO Brenner accounts
submitted for collection should be mailed directly to SKO Brenner
American at 841 Merrick Road, Baldwin, NY 11510, Attn: Jon Lunn. His
phone number is (800) 645-3390, ext. 203.
